How long does it take for me to get my website?

This is one of the most common questions asked. However each website is different - therefore requires different time frames to complete. The time for completion does not only depend on our designers. But also depends on many factors.

For example : Time for customers to prepare materials / Time for customers to decide on the kind of designs that they prefer.

Can Thomson Web Design help me get my website onto the search engines?

Yes we can. We are able to help you run various advertising campaigns on search engines and also help optimize your website for optimal seach engine friendliness ( SEO - Search Engine Optimization ). We can guide you through the necessary processes and recommend solutions.

Will I be able to create my own emails?

Yes you can. Once we have your website and domain up and running, you will be able to create your own email addresses on your domain name. This is done through the control panel provided. Eg : You may create yourname@yourdomain.com

I am an new SME interested to get my company online. Can Thomson Web Design Help?

I have registered a domain name myself. Can i transfer it to be managed by Thomson Web Design?
Certainly. We are able to manage the domain for you and help set it up with our hosting services.

Can i get Thomson Web Design to help me update my websites when i have new changes?
Yes we will. Here at Thomson Web Design we will always be there for our clients. Just contact us with your updates and we'll take care of it.

My website was designed by someone else! Can Thomson Web Design help update / upgrade it for me?
We'll be happy to help you out with your website. Just contact us and we'll be discuss with you on how we can further improve your website.

Are there any hidden costs that Thomson Web Design charges?
Nope. All costs are explained to our customers upfront when they meetup with our designers so that our customer may make the best decision for their businesses. We do not like hidden costs.
